PROGRAM COST INCLUDES:
5 – 1/2 day hands on cooking classes
5 or 7 nights accommodation – twin occupancy. Private facilities.
All meals as outlined on itinerary. Local wines served with dinner.
All scheduled excursions with local English speaking guides.
All entrance fees on excursions
Airport transfers and ground transportation

NOT INCLUDED:
Items of a personal nature (e.g. laundry, telephone calls)

Cancellation and Hospital/Medical Insurance

RESERVATIONS: As the number of participants is limited, reservations should be made as soon as possible. In the event of over-subscription, a waiting list will be maintained.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of 30% per person is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due 60 days before departure.

CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be in writing and shall be considered in effect as of the date received by Mediterranean Kitchens. Cancellations charges are as follows:
• Up to 56 days prior to departure date: 30% payable
• Between 55 and 32 days prior to departure date: 50% payable
• 31 days or less prior to departure date: 100% payable.

INSURANCE: Comprehensive insurance to afford protection against penalties caused by cancellation of trip due to illness,injury or death of tour participant or member of participant’s immediate family is strongly recommended.

RESPONSIBILITY AND JURISDICTION: Mediterranean Kitchens will arrange several walks and excursions as part of the program. By registering in the program you assume all risks, including but not limited to travel by automobile, van or other means of conveyance, the forces of nature, and accident and/or illness. In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in these walks and excursions and other associated activities, and the food and services arranged by Mediterranean Kitchens you will hold Mediterranean Kitchens, its agents and directors, harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, claims, debts and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, which may arise in connection
with the program or participation in any activities arranged by Mediterranean Kitchens for you.

SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITY: Mediterranean Kitchens Cooking Vacations act only as agents for the participants and accept no responsibility for the services of any transportation in connection with this program, nor any delays, loss or accident to participants or baggage occasioned by such services, from whatever cause.

UNUSED SERVICES: No refund can be made for unused services, nor can we guarantee alternative arrangements. Mediterranean Kitchens reserves the right to withdraw or modify our courses at any time. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the course booked, we will return all monies paid. Acceptance of the initial service to be provided under the program shall be considered an acceptance of all these conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE: We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, hostilities, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts of restraint imposed by government authorities..
