Our 2008 itineraries provide hands-on cooking classes in a number of different settings. Our accommodations range from fabulous, rustic 200 year old farmhouses to luxurious hotels. What's common to each is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts, the great chefs we work with and finally, the history and culture that surrounds us in each of our destinations. The cooking classes are combined with guided historical walking tours, visits to wineries and food producers and carefully selected local restaurants. We think we offer the best of all worlds in three remarkable countries..
